Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 26, 2026
Welcome to agenticpathgroup.com (the "Site"). This website is owned and operated by Agentic Path Group ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Site, or by participating in our workshops, briefings, or advisory engagements, you ("you," "your," or "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporation, business, or other legal entity (such as a Fortune 2000 enterprise), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Site and services.
1. Scope of Advisory Services
Agentic Path Group provides strategic advisory services, executive workshops, digital deliverables, and architectural frameworks related to Agentic AI and enterprise automation transformation. These materials and discussions are intended solely for educational, informational, and high-level strategic planning purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, financial, or technical engineering guarantees.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Proprietary Materials: The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, diagnostic frameworks, workshop structures, training modules, evaluation rubrics, slide decks, and automation methodologies (collectively, "Our IP")—are the exclusive property of Agentic Path Group and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Workshop Materials: Participation in an Agentic Path Group workshop or executive briefing does not transfer ownership of any underlying methodologies, slide structures, templates, or concepts. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use-only license to reference workshop concepts within your organization. You may not record, record-and-retransmit, publish, or publicly distribute our workshop contents without prior written consent.
Advisory Deliverables: Unless explicitly modified by a separate, fully executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), Agentic Path Group retains all ownership, rights, and titles to the structural frameworks, macro-scale roadmaps, and code concepts generated during our engagements. Clients are granted a perpetual, irrevocable, enterprise-wide license to utilize, modify, and build upon the finalized digital deliverables strictly for their own internal business operations.
3. Prohibited Use and Restrictive Covenants
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our proprietary AI assessment frameworks or strategic matrices to build a competing advisory or consulting practice.
Use Our IP to train, fine-tune, or prompt external, publicly accessible Large Language Models (LLMs) or autonomous AI agents in a manner that exposes our proprietary logic.
Modify, publish, transmit, or exploit any of our digital deliverables or workshop materials for commercial resale or external distribution.
4. Client Inputs and Confidentiality
We acknowledge that during workshops and advisory discussions, senior executive stakeholders may share sensitive corporate context, technical parameters, and strategic goals. Agentic Path Group treats all client-provided data as strictly confidential, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You guarantee that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to share any enterprise inputs or infrastructure data you provide to us during our sessions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Path Group, its principals, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from your reliance on our strategic roadmaps, website content, or workshop recommendations. Our frameworks are advisory insights to assist your executive decision-making. The implementation and deployment risks of any automation architecture rest entirely with the Client.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agentic Path Group and its employees, contractors, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our proprietary materials.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site, digital insights, or scheduled advisory briefings immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including any unauthorized sharing or distribution of our intellectual property.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (or your primary corporate operating state), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued engagement with our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
